As was told in the releasenotes; we want breeding between members to make a bloodline and get reborn.
Not getting reborn every minute to try and get some water out of a well.

Not only the whole idea of "breeding" and all the dating sim stuff is terrible (there's magic in the atlas world, just let people reproduce with magic with no need for a second person mkay?), it's better not to give the devs any reason to add another half-arsed and lazily designed mechanics in game. If it really needs to be in game, let it at least be made properly and not in a hurry.
