y0himba 32 Posted January 20, 2019 Hello. Right now the fire arrows are doing about the same damage as regular arrows, even at full spec in Archery. They are useless at this point in PVE. I understand the PVP players concerns with the amount of damage they do, but IRL that is the way they work. Especially against wood structures. Ships are wood, wax and tar, very flammable. This nerf is preventing those of use who do not wish to spec in firearms, because we would rather specialize in something else, from doing any damage. Firearms should do great damage, fire arrows should do quite a bit of damage from burning. Thank you. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
BinaryHelix 1 Posted January 20, 2019 We're running into the same problem as any other MMO that doesn't split its PvP and PvE balance. Trying to balance both never works and always cripples the other. PvP might be better off with less fire meta, but now we're stuck with no other way to deal with alpha creatures in PvE, minus shooting them for 20 minutes and hoping for the best. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
