hello there

does anyone know where is the playerdata locatet? I play on my own server and need to reset my char because i am stuck in a grid and i am not able to join the server again. Lost/timeout connection to host is the error message all the time since i get stucked in the grid

Hey,

First save the file C:\AtlasServer\AtlasTools\RedisDatabase\redis_atlasdb.rdb where you want, then delete it and relaunch your server, all the characters on your servers should be deleted.

first thanks so much for the replay but i just want to delete my char not all players how do i do that?

As far as i know, you can't do that.
