[GP] Guybrush Threepwood 626 Posted January 14, 2019 I know there is a lot of talk about the claim mechanics around timings and contesting etc. so i'm not going to go into points about it taking 6 hours to claim etc, i'm not overly fussed about the length of time. However, I do feel, with the change of timing from 30-40 minutes now upto 6 hours that it is rather ridiculous to expect that any area of land is going to have no Pathfinders running through the contested land over a period of 6 hours. I suggest changing the contesting element to Company members and allies only. So if a member of the company that is having its land claimed enters the area then it is contested/stopped etc, and if an ally of the company passes through the area it is also contested. If a random Pathfinder not in the company or an ally passes through the area then it does not contest or interrupt or add time to the claim. A lot of random Pathfinders will be farming resources across areas and will also grief those trying to claim land. I understand the need to contest land claims, but this should only be restricted to company members and allies only.
