2 x 2 Grid Dedicated Server for SIngleplayer

I created a 2 x 2 Map I put my Ip in all 4 grids and the same port forwarding Grid A1 loads and works fine but I cannot travel to A2,B1 or B2 there is a giant wave wall with a red glow stopping me if any one can help me please because I like the game but official server is killing me I would rather just play on my own. Also can 8 cores 64 gig ram 3TB ssd run a 4x4
