Lawless area

Started my server and the a1 block is lawless. How do I switch it from lawless. i'm assuming there is a setting somewhere that is messed up. or maybe it's one of my islands i put in there. Idk... anybody had this issue?

In the .ini? no.

I think it can be used in the   GameUserSettings.ini  , but did have mine added when making my map, when you CTRL + CLICK the map grids

Ah, I'll check that when I get home. If figured it was something like that.
