Getting Nitrado Server to show

I have a 2x2 Grid that up until today would show in the ATLAS server list but now will not. I am able to join through direct steam and also the "rejoin atlas" option in game but I have mates who obviously can't find the server in the list nor is the I.P working for them. I"m running out of ideas

 

 

The Server Name is Nightlifecrew if anyone wants to see for themselves. Keen to try and get some help as I am stumped

I have been having the same problem.  Mine doesn't show up in the unofficial list.  When I try to connect manually then it says password slot is empty.  If you find a workaround please let me know.
