How can I switch from official EU PvE to official EU PvP

I have a lvl 33 character on EU PvE server, but i want to switch to PvP. I read somwhere that you could change your character from on server to another, and still keep your levels. I tried the button "change Home Server" when dead, but i can only change the Home Server of PvE server, I tried to find the PvP server but no results. Anyone could  bring me some light here? Thanks.

There is no way to transfer character from one "Atlas" to another AFAIK. What you've heard was probably related to "map server" (i.e. just a different region of the map).
