Mythical creatures on a dedicated server

Currently we are playing on a private server but the map does not contain any mythical creatures like the cyclops etc. Is there anyway to have the naturally spawn instead of using cheats?

The maps in the map editor that have _PVE at the end have the ruins and mythical creatures.
