Ship of the damned directly after entering new sector

Got destroyed by 2 ships directly after entering a new standard claiming sector. No Chance to escape or fight back.
I literaly rammed them after entering the sector. There should be a buffer  where these ships can travel to avoid such kind of confrontation.

We lost a fully loaded schooner and all our personal gear yesterday to this very thing; zoned into a Damned and couldn't run.

 

Really does need a no-sail buffer for the NPC's.

They should have the same restriction as for the shore, just don't get near, if getting near, turn back unless agroed. There are also whales still and most of them are "swimming" on top of islands bcs they are still allowed to get near the shores.
