Ingame server browser only listing my server sometimes

Hi pirates!

So my dedi server is running 6grids and everything is working perfectly fine. Me and other random can direct connect all the time.

But the server is almost never listed in the ingame server browser. It only lists right after a server update and the server list is much narrower. Then once all have upgraded their sever my server disappears from the server browser ingame.

Why?

How does this work, is there tags or anything that can be used to improve the visibility of my server ingame?
I also notice that when searching for a server name, it shows totally unrelated servers to the name you entered (see attached picture).

 

Any idea on why the server is only sometimes visible in the ingame server browser, but direct connect works fine everytime.

mine is hardly ever in there too , i have to refresh 4 times to show up ...

Same.

And, once I’ve crossed to a different grid from the freeport I’m unable to connect even if it does show up.  I’m only able to connect via the ‘join this server’ from the steam favorites server list (after manually entering ip:port).
