Hpnotiq 4 Posted December 31, 2018 Anyone else having issue trying to purchase the top hat or other cosmetics from the vendor at Freeports? I have gone to the merchant with a few hundred gold in hand, purchased Dyes and once was able to purchase an eye patch for 15 gold except I did not receive anything. 15 Gold was deducted from my inventory but I did not receive any skin to apply to an item nor did my character start wearing an eye patch. I do not even have the option to purchase the Top Hat. I have tried dragging the top hat from the vendor to my inventory, onto my headgear, removed my head gear and tried dragging it to my empty slot, to the headgear in my inventory. Right clicking on it shows an option to purchase but it is grayed out. I've tried dragging gold from my inventory to the top hat and still no results. I have been able to purchase dyes successfully but I do not seem to be able to purchase cosmetics. Is there a specific stipulation I am missing?
