How do i get cross server chat to work ?

as stated I run a 3 grid server and would be nice to have communication between all 3. any help would be highly appreciated thank you in advanced !

is it possible on the official servers?
i dont think that they let 40.000 people in 1 chat..

 

in ARK there was a Plugin to make that happen i think we also have to wait here

there is one on GitHub but i haven't been able to get it working for me
