Remove ghost ships until their spawn rates are fixed

The amount of Damned ships spawning right now is utterly bonkers -- to the point that it's not uncommon to see as many as five or more in the same area or even in a single frame. This is ridiculous, and it makes it really hard to go out in anything larger than a raft. Please remove these ships until they can be fixed -- clearly, the spawn rate patch that was recently applied didn't work.
