Ship Destruction

Finally! After hours and days of harvesting, dying, building and a lot of teamwork - our crew finished the first schooner. We were extremely proud, especially because we had so much trouble while getting robbed and transporting metal to the shipyard (J9 to K9, the wind was very troublesome).
So now, we put everything inside and traveled back to J9 just to get some more metal before we could search for an island where we could build a base. The last two crew members worked till 3 AM to get a few extras for the ship and repaired till the schooner was at 100 %. Then every last one got to sleep.
Putting everything aside, the game sure is great. But after maybe 8 hours of sleep (and we were lacking some the last few days), every last f****** thing went to waste because the whole ship just sank! We're really sorry but even after endless leveling, because in the midst of building the skill points had a reset, and so much work... there is nothing left but anger at this moment.
One crew member has -13 skill points and is level 14. But there isn't a single skill skilled. It's just f***** up. He has to make a complete new survivor, because at this point there is now use for the character anymore.
The whole crew (9 members) is stopping to play, because everything we do is for nothing. Please fix that. It's just a game, something to have fun. But if you want to start at 0 % again and again, we would choose a shooter game or anything else, which doesn't involve this amount of work.
