If you are having the crash on selecting skill tree tab or crashing on adding a point to attributes after the bug has started occurring do a skill reset and as you are reapplying your points do not select/learn Advanced or Expert shipwright skills until grapeshot patches a fix. In the meantime this stops the crashing on selecting skills tab or adding points to attributes.
