Desperately need a /stuck command

So many people are reporting being stuck in odd locations (e.g. between the shipyard and their incomplete hull). I myself, thanks to a server crash and rollback, am currently stuck inside another player's foundations. Just to add injury to insult, a couple of wolves chasing a seagull aggressed on me and I was unable to defend myself even though they were able to attack me. To add insult to injury to insult, they didn't finish the job and left me bleeding, still stuck in the foundation.

Please, please, please add a /stuck command to give us a short range vertical teleport to get out of such situations. This will be particularly vital during early access when terrain bugs (and longstanding Ark fall-thru-the-floor bugs) are going to be common.

Just to add insult to insult to injury to insult, my crewmate travelled half the island to get to me and can't attack me. Looks like he's going to have to train some hostile mobs onto me to kill me. Of course that would be training hostiles onto someone else's foundations which would be a bannable offence in many games...
