Scooter McDoogins 0 Posted August 15, 2020 All crying and whining aside, after playing Atlas almost since its beginnings, after taking the last 6-8 months off from the game, after returning to play yesterday, I have to seriously wonder if the Wildcard Studios and Grapeshot Games crew ever really thought that this was going to develop into a serious gaming experience. It is a wonderful concept and there are lots of things to like about this game; however, almost two years of the same, easily identifiable bugs, weird, unexplained massive changes to the game, and what seems like a half-hearted effort to make improvements that will actually improve the game and grow the player base, I really have to wonder if Wildcard Studios doesn't already know that the team working on this game aren't really up to the challenge and at this point are just drawing it out to cash in as much as possible before shutting the whole thing down. One does have to wonder.
DannyUK 308 Posted August 15, 2020 If they ever took the game serious enough they would 1. not have ignore the community and went silent for 6 months and 2. they wouldn't have took devs from Atlas to put on Ark they are the only 2 things you need to know to whether they are serious or not. Get any idea out of your head as to it being anywhere near like the video that was show, carnival atmosphere, lots of people around, big attack on land from the sea, not going to happen.
