noclip, is it available in server ini or launch settings?

Before renting my own server i thought i'd ask you guys as there's probably a few who already set up their own servers by now.. 
i was wondering if there's a no-clip setting for servers as it really annoys me on official. 
so.. does anyone know? and if so, what setting should i use?

this is the reason ppl installed s+ waaay back, the noclip, then eventually it got added to ark vanilla, but now for some weird reason it's not enabled on official, which made me wonder. 
it's like grapeshot forgot to implement all the fixes to ark and try to reinvent the wheel.. glitching/sinking into foundations is back as well. 

anyways, does anyone know if it's possible to disable clipping?
