Ship destroied in free port after update

Hello so last night I left a brigantine near a free port now after the update and +2h the ship is destroyed. the free port is M9.

Can I have a response.

Does the larger ships get destroyed in the free ports or the update did something.

There is expanded/harsher decay rates for ships in all free port zones to prevent people from leaving their ships there invulnerable to being taken/destroyed as well as to prevent blocking and stuff.
