New player help

Maybe like the Freeport make zones level capped to 51 allowing players to be able to freely level without fear of being trolled by a Max level character.  All shld be able to enter but if your higher level you should not be able to engage in zone.  Their will still be pvp in these zones will just be balanced and at their level giving new players a chance to learn the game.  I would also like to see both player and npc bounty hunters.  Meaning if someone constantly trolls you then u can place a bounty on their head that players can choose to do.  This will encourage pvp and discourage mega clans attacking smaller and weaker companies and players

Or you could choose not to play on official servers where all the trolls live
