Requirements:

Discord - being able to communicate in voice chat is a high priority

Sense of humor - we all like to BS with each other, even our company name is a joke :) if you are easily offended, this may not be the best company for you

Maturity - with the above being said, we still expect our members to be responsible adults who are capable of following instructions (no temper tantrums, clear comms when asked, responsible for company property, respectful to allies/company mates, etc)

Contribution - everyone in the company is expected to contribute, everyone farms!

Language - the majority of our company is NA, so it is important that you can communicate in English, though we welcome all groups. We currently have active Chinese and Spanish speaking members.
