You really need to start testing your patches, 409.2 has some mega problems in it which should never of seen the light of day. Please look at a test server where community people can join and test your patch before you apply it to the main servers

Dev's this need to stop, Every freeport you go to there are large group with brigs/galleons storing loads of mats, blueprints, gear and mounts away. Even do breading there with what can only be described as noah's ark ships full of mounts.  See the images below for an example of the problem

Only reason people should be at a freeport is ether there new and just started, group picking up a member who just joined or your there to buy crew or items from the shop.
My suggestion to the problem is give them 30 mins to an hour of protection, this give them enough time to get in, get what they want and get out. It remove the mess, server load and promote PvP by making bases more worth raiding unlike now where most the good items are in these freeports.
