By setting you can change to remove the limit?  If that is the question I do not know the answer.

If you are asking if there IS a setting that limits it, yes.  There are limits on how many items you can build on a ship.

Ummm so I clicked your download link for the manager and my server 2019 is saying it has a virus in it.. Not cool?!
