Has anyone been able to figure out how to disable the build anywhere with the new set of config options released with the latest patch? More specifically trying to set a lawless zone up for personal islands. Was able to work before the latest patch, however, after it does not. Have tried the different config options released with the patch in different combinations to no avail.
