Hello fellow seafarers!  Me and a very small group of friends are looking for a place to build. We'd only need a small plot of land since there's only 3 of us. Close to metal and gems always a a plus. We would only need a small land plot and some sea space. Preferably temperate or tropical. If you have some space available for a small crew let me know your tax rates and what you may have available. Thanks!
