It is on every server on C6 right now... so NA PVP/PVE + EU PVP/PVE all in C6.
Please stop asking for where it is on a specific official server, it is on the same spot on all of them!!!

7 trys and some luck made my mate and me get it on C6. Care about the wildlife blocking the cave-entrance. Kite them away, if that is the case.

If it is on C6 NAPVP - it should be everywhere. Trying to confirm for EUPVE.

The fountain is on the same position on every offical server.

Read the notes again. They added a command to lock it to one ruin, but it should not be active on the official servers.
