It was not "changed" there is a setting somewhere that turns it on and off I think.   There are a bunch of members of my company that the atlas still holds the position it is set at when it is closed and reopened.   I am wondering if anyone knows where that setting is.

So for a year when I brought up the atlas in Atlas and set the camera location and zoom in the atlas the camera would remain in that location when I shut the atlas and reopened it.  Now when I shut the atlas and reopen it, the atlas is zoomed out to a 3x3 grid centered on my location.  Anyone know how to make it function how it has for the past year saving the atlas' position and zoom when I close it and reopen it?

So in all the stuff I have found online the command to spawn a Shipyard by command line does not work.   Does anyone know the working command?
