How is it possible that some players now my steam profile, and they even see when I join the server (official server)??

I posted this already in the BUG topic, the reason I'm posting in here as well is to see if other players had this problem or not:

I'm playing on the official EU PvE server and I had my own company. I was the only member and the only reason I created one is because of the spawning bug (you couldn't spawn in your own bed if you're not a member of a company). I built a base in a lawless area, and I had ships and rafts there, with beds, storages and lots of materials. A company invited me to join, so I clicked on merge (and NOT join). This way, I should be able to access all my old stuff, but I can't now (can't even respawn in my bed). Further more, in the atlas, I appear as the leader of the company I just joined, even though I'm not the leader. I even see only myself as the ONLY member. I submitted a ticket about this, but knowing how slow the ticket system is, I'm afraid I will lose everything since in the lawless area stuff are decaying within a few days. If this happens, and the admins don't respond to me within the decaying time, I'm done with this game. 94 hours of grinding for literally nothing.

1. I'm playing on a PvE server.

2. This guy spammed a bunch of foundations around my base, so I cant build.

3. He parked two sloops in front of my two shipyard, and now I can leave.

4. His company left me a message on a sign saying I'm in "their" area, and I should destroy my base. If not, my shipyard is staying blocked. He did this in a lawless area.

So yeah, calling me Nazi is just the iceing on the cake.

I have a screencapture about it. If I submit a ticket, is he going to get banned?

Yes it's a lawless area, but this company left me a message, that it's "their" area, and I should move. I have no problem with foundation spamming in lawless areas (this is how the game works), but it's annoying when foundation spammers got butthurt when they got blocked. This company is basically blackmailing me now: move, or my shipyard stays blocked.

Here's the story:

There's this german company (Sauhaufen - Multigaming), and they spammed a bunch of foundations around my base and in general on the island, so others can't build. In response, I build some foundations around them also, and left a message, that I will remove my foundations if they do it as well. What they've done after this, is that they placed a gate in front of my shipyard, and told me to basically destroy my base, and then they will remove the gate. Now that pissed me off, so I built some floors around their brigantine, so they can't move it. I submitted a ticket about this to the admins (they did it as well), and now I'm waiting.

What do you think the admins are going to do about this? Are they going to leave this as it is? After all we're playing on a PVE server, so we can't destroy each others things. Does this ever happend to you? And if it did, how did you solved this problem?
