If you got them in all that 5 hours, it'll only take you 5 hours more to get them again wont it. Also remember, nothing you do in this game is guaranteed to be there tomorrow, it's Early Access testing. Don't play EA games if you can't except this deal. Always be in a mindset that it could all get wiped at any time.
Early access has NOTHING to do with the rollback.
Better advice would just to be host your own server and play unofficial, then you don't have to worry about wipes/rollbacks.
