Hello NA PvE Players,

I recently came into possession of a small island I no longer want all of.  If you are looking for land where you can build a ship, I will gladly declaim land so that you can have some icey beach front property.  I built a galleon and a Brig in 2 days on this island by myself.  Currently the tax is set at 30% but I will gladly reduce the rate to 10% if you and your friends decide to move in.  Feel free to drop me a message if your are interested.  I really don't need to money  or mats, but it would be nice to get something for parts of the island I claimed.  

Why would I drop the tax 20%?  Well 10% of something > 30% of nothing...
