I agree, most people in PVE just want a place where they can build some ships and store some goodies, without having to fear getting evicted off the island because they couldn't fulfill the landlords quota, for the week ,thru taxes. We will just be at the mercy of the few people who got lucky to join the server first after the update. I can already see the Grief-Fest

Really like this idea, no more overlapping from the old system and no slaving away for landlords in the new system is all i want.

They should just get rid of the claiming system in PVE. It's great for PVP but bad for PVE, because it just makes people unnecessarily hostile towards strangers. If you are getting harrassed or griefed by those people I can recommend you to make screenshots or videos as evidence and report them.

If I had to choose, I would prefer my ships to be blocked instead of being sunk to be honest. Someone blocked my Shipyard + Schooner under construction with a Sloop. Just released the Ship, demolished the Shipyard and sailed around the sloop.

I like the idea of just disabling the ship from moving when wheight and/or crew size exceeds it's maximum. Sure people can grief you in some other ways, but as long my ship isn't sunk to the bottom of the sea overnight I can deal with it.

With all the griefing going on (sinking ships in pve and such) I don't mind some higher rates.
