We finally found one and as SERRUM said they are on the ridgeline just as you go into the deep caverns. I will test and see if they spawn more often during the week. Thanks for the helpful replies.     

Is there even squid in this game? I and a partner have been searching the trench in H6 for 6 plus hours and not one squid found? How do you locate them?

Please do something about Chineses players only showing OOO for a name. They can attack you when you are offline with no fear of retaliation because I have no idea who attacked us. All my company log says is your boat was destroyed by ooo. 

i placed canons on my claimed island but I am unable to fire them is this a bug or is there a placement timer or something? 

agreed as is the [layer shops are pointless at that upkeep rate you will spend more money paying for the shop than you will ever make. We are already paying rent for islands the shops should be free and have some kind of global advertisement.  I was looking forward to placing a shop to help me pay the rent but was disappointed when I found out the shop will cost more than the island.

We are having the same issue resources are not respawning. Cant even build a ship to go get resources lol.
