New game is only possible when you can log in, but you cant login while your lv 1 charackter is on an offline server. I cant make a new charakter while my original charakter is on M7 and this server is offline. Do you understand?

You say also you dont understand the claim System? Thats what i say. There are 2 Types of Flags, old and new ones after patch. The old ones can be claimed after 30 minutes. The new ones i think after 3 days when the timer is -259.000 seconds + - time credits for attendance nearby. And you can never claim when other people nearby online or sleeping on the flag. But you need more than 80 iq points to find out yourself. And good tip is read the fucking patch notes.
