can i change location of the settlement flag without lost it? or i have to reclaim the island?

Hello, I'm in a medium crew (20/30 people), I'm asking if we can get a better pin coded system,in order to have everyone some personal container .... everytime some items disappear, like an option for insert at least the first time, you use a door or a container, the pin code even if you are in a crew.
