So i have been reading a lot of posts about how this game is shit and it sucks. A lot of the complaining involves how buggy the game is. You do realize that this is an early access game and these issues are to be expected and the devs are constantly updating the game to make it more playable. It will take time people. As for the OP ships i agree that the ghost ships are way to OP but im sure with time these things will be fixed. The only concern i have is that they are kind of trying to force multiplayer by making a skill cap and not allowing one person to be able to unlock all of the skills. I think that we should be able to play solo and use an NPC crew to sail the seas if we want to. The reason that i say that is because when you join a group of people you have to do what everyone wants and not just what you want. I didnt buy this game for that reason. I have my own objectives and would like to find my own treasure, build my own city, and thrive by myself without relying on the skills of others. That being said i dont mind helping out the occasional person that i see on the islands. Just stating that i really am enjoying this game and cant wait to see what the devs have in store for us in the future.

I wouldnt mind them making it so people who play this game solo can unlock all of the skills as well. Just my opinion

I posted about this before and i would say that you are correct. For me there is no point in building a ship that takes around 4 hours to complete solo only to have it destroyed as soon as i set sail to another zone. Especially since i cannot fight back as i have no cannons at the moment.

i understand that but a sloop is like nothing just a bigger ship to sail......... no guns nothing but yet i get attacked and sunk right away. just tired spending a lot of time making it to get sunk at the first sign of a ghost ship

why is it that everytime i sail with a sloop it gets destroyed

they should only be able to attack armed ships

So that is the 3rd sloop that i have built only to sail it out to sea and be instantly destroyed by ghost ships.... I have no ability to defend myself as my ship had only swivels which apparently does nothing........ I think that the ghost ship needs a massive nerf to damage and speed and shouldnt be able to attack unarmed ships that cant fight back. I know some people are saying that the ghost ships are raid bosses and are for endgame content but cmon, i cant even sail a raft in one direction to get where im going without being attacked by a ghost ship, and if i try with a sloop..... i am getting tired of being destroyed by ghost ships.......

Does anyone know how the treasure hunting works in this game? Do i need the map out or how does that work?

what regions can i find alphas in now? I keep finding freeports and lawless regions but i need to find open regions to kill them i guess? got any ideas or locations?

I am needing advice on how to level up since they remapped and point the skill tree. I am level 21 and im trying to get firearms and cannons to combat ghost ships but i am unable to do so as it is taking forever to level up. Any tips please?

So with the change to the skill tree i am trying my hardest to level up so i can build cannons and firearms but it is taking forever to level up. I am currently level 21 and am hoping that you guys know some good ways to quickly level up to obtain these goals?

I play this solo, the skill it takes to level up is too much and it takes forever........ how can i kill a ghost ship if i dont have the ability to build cannons

So I spent a lot of time building a sloop and i mean hours of my time to log off and find that with the new update i can no longer work on the sloop. The skills to do so cost way to much and we are only given 2 skill points each time you level up. There is no way that i will be able to fight ghost ships with a sloop as the skill points required to get cannons and weapons cost way too much to get to that point. Please fix this so that i can enjoy playing this game again!!!!!
