the videos and pictures are not solid proof?

hello i have been hacked or cheated on several times , i see alot of posts and emails sent by many people and the cheaters still playing , their names have been exposed and devs dont do anything . is it ok to cheat or hack in this game ? simple honest question if so where do i get the programs to hack/exploit? company black butterfly from A12 doing it for weeks now nobody cares or do anything , is it fair to use hacks/exploits against hacks exploits? when the grapeshot does nothing? im reporting this to IGN , Gamepro , Etc.

The same issue seems to be happening to other guilds , can we get a rollback and delete this company out of our game please? black butterfly is trying to mass disrupt you game and you are here doing what? it has been reported before are you willing to do anything?

company : Black Butterfly ?BB???)' in A12 server Kakren Maw PVP NA , used wall hack , aim bot , exploits to destroy our entire island claim , we need a developer to do something about it. all the info was provided on the ticket submited but most likely will be ignored. please help thanks. Im sure you can help us out with this , or atleast give us refund.

please help the M6 server has a issue with trees i was able to see all of them once when i respawned from a server crash and since launch i have not seen them , im talking about probably a big bug here please help

hello the M6 server has trees bugged you can tell because when i respawned one time fro ma server crash the full island had trees all the way to the beach ,,,, now it does not please help to fix it !! its a starting zone and people cant leave
