While I would have liked to see some bans this is a good fix to save the state of pvp. Thanks for listening and tacking action quickly. 

Sitting here thinking about the over 50% taxes I pay in real life.  

Good: Love the easy farming.

Bad: Small room for error when engaging higher level squadrons or fighting in a slower ship.

Ugly: Running the gauntlet in your ramshackle.

All in all I dont think it should be dialed down yet. Let players learn and adjust for awhile longer then take another look at spawn rates.

I agree. The new art work looks amazing but the QOL issues of no gems or sap makes this area not a very enjoyable place to live.

Thaks for response. Issue cleared up for me after steam and client restart. I guess it is just a weird client side bug then. Cheers.

Seems to have cleared up after fully restarting steam and client. Just a client side graphical bug maybe?

Im having fun testing the new stuff on the PTR. Although I did encounter a possible bug maybe some of you with more experience in the new claim system can help me with. My wife and I managed to take an island that was contested by one player. At one point he managed to replace our flag with his. We then replaced his flag with ours and held it for the rest of the combat phase. BUT when I logged on this morning, the flag was still ours, the island still showed as ours on the Atlas map but the upper right hand showed the area as the enemy clan?!?!?

Has anyone else run into this? Is is possible for there to be 2 flags on an island?

Claimed a settlement last night but was challenged by another company. Our company won and completed the flag. Logged off last night at end of combat phase with settlement in our company's name. This morning the Atlas map shows the settlement in my company name but the right hand corner shows the enemy company as owner. My flag and  bank are still there, still listed as under my company and appear to still be getting the taxes. Can not find any other flags on the island. 

Region A2. NW island. Called Confusion island or Dun Tavern depending on which message is working at the time.

I have lost a horse, bear and npc crew member this way. All seemingly fine then gone after crossing server wall. Might be a bigger issue.

I found metal on cliffs. Still no sap.

Unable to access server. 

Paying taxes to a larger group has been advantageous to my small group. We get the benefits of protection without the drama of being in a larger clan. The large clan has a vested interest in keeping us happy as we fill their bank every day. When we need a bunch of mats and the taxes would be to much of a burden we simply do a farming run in the surrounding freeport and lawless zones. 

This nerf is not fun at all. Please at least make it easier to craft the organic paste if you insist on keeping these changes.

When can we expect the players responsible for the 5.5 hour roll back to be punished? There is clear evidence all over youtube, twitch and reddit of those involved but yet no bans handed out yet? Why should we continue to invest time into this game if cheaters are not punished/banned?

What steps are you taking to punish cheaters? The official pvp server just suffered a 5 hour roll back due to the action of unethical players. If devs refuse to punish and shame those responsible people will either stop playing all together or scatter across various private servers. Reddit is flooded right now with clips of obvious cheats, what is grapeshot going to do to punish those caught?

That is an official word on prevention. We need an official statement that offending parties will be punished or what is the point of playing this game...

I expect some official word on punishing those who were responsible.

Better be some very public bans over this nonsense.
