I have built sloops from the Freeport zones 3 times, only to have them sunk the next day when I log in.  They are anchored close to shore, but I'm swimming in the wreckage when I log in the next day.  Can someone explain why this is happening?

If you are in a Lawless Island... Not in the Freeport area where they basically give you a raft.. How do you make one on the Lawless island?  I have Seamanship, I have a Smith, Loom, Bed, etc etc.. I've made everything I can think of.  I don't see a Dock, Raft, etc.  Please help...
