New game mode Semi PvE/PvP

Both PvE and PvP suffering from the same problem needing a wipe to give new players a chance thus halting the amount of players joining servers.

The base of this mode is that there are just 4 "Free Ports" each in one corner of map they are changed to imperial capitals.

 

The Capitals :

These are trade hubs where you can trade anything and every thing in a player based economy and where you have to go to create a company what would be automatic alignment to that capital.

Each Capital would over an other special building/ weapon or ship you can learn once aligned with them, for example one would give the option for a longboat, Trireme or giant Scorpion.

(Ships anchoring there shouldn't be penalized and max level should be raised to at leased 20)

 

The PvE/ PvP part:

Companies aligned to the same capital can't do damage to each other just like in PvE now, depending on how close you are to your capital you should be relatively safe from PvP attacks.

The closer you are to companies that aren't aligned to your capital the less tax/ isle upkeep you have to pay since you are part of the first defence protecting everyone behind you.

Taxes are directly payed to the Capital and when an x-amount is reached an NPC fleet will spawn sailing to attack the other capitals and anyone that isn't aligned with them on the way there.

 

The Dammed port:

This port is located in the middle of the map and is for people to join and setup their company if they just want to sail and attack anyone and every one. 

All ships, weapons and items can be bought here for an x-amount of skulls.

The dammed ships you can buy have a ghostly glow an tattered sails and can be operated by the army of the dammed that you can hire from this free port.
