My Contested Flag Is Frozen at 9:59

Anyone know why?  I planted a contested flag that has been sitting there for 30 minutes, but the count down timer on the flag has been frozen at 9:59

When contesting it will take 1hr 30 min to de claim the other guys flag then once complete 10min to claim on your flag. This is getting changed I believe tomorrow to 30min however won't be able to contest a claim if they guy has been at claim in last 3 days
