ability to use ocean water please or fix water pipes

Can we please have it so we can use ocean water with the water pipe system. even if its salt water add a way for us to boil it down if need be. because at this point i don't know if its bugged or not but without water pipes and steady water source we cant do anything like farming from what I've seen and waiting for it to rain is not really going to help even with a bunch of water tanks, so please let us use water pipes from the beaches.

don't wory about crops atm from what I noticed u get 1 veggy from the plot 4 if u win 3 times at mini game and they expire in 3min /45min in a preserving bag
