SEARCHING servers doesn't work for Czech Rep.

I wanna join new server, but it shows me sometimes only 3 servers, sometimes 0 servers and i must wait long time, if it by chance show me server, which i wanna. 

Its terrible! 

Repair it! Its unplayable, when u cant go, where u wanna.
