Day and night speed scale

Has anyone figured out how to adjust the day and night speed? I've tried adding this to each Grid GUS and tried adding to the ServerGrid.jon with no luck. Is the DayCycleSpeedScale=1.000000 necessary if I leave it default?

DayTimeSpeedScale=0.500000
NightTimeSpeedScale=1.500000

Anyone get night speed to go faster. Played around with same settings like ark and doesn’t seem to increase the speed of nighttime
