Mooserush 0 Posted January 24, 2019 Something seems off about the decrease. I agree that a reduction was necessary, but 50% seems like it might be overkill. Could be wrong about that, though. What I'm struggling to understand, however, is that despite it being supposedly a 50% reduction, someone was able to build a shipyard directly next to one of mine, and nearly directly on top of a foundation. Either it's a reduction to .5% of the radius and was intentional, or it was _intended_ to be 50%, and someone misplaced a decimal.
