Natures Touch should be % of max hp

It takes forever to regen my tames' health with Nature's Touch as it is currently.  I assume this is due to it being a fixed hp regen number...

If nature's touch were instead a %-based feat... such as:
1%/sec regen for base Nature's Touch
2%/sec for Improved Nature's Touch
3%/sec for Advanced Nature's Touch?

This would scale more fluidly based on the animal's max hp pool and not be borderline useless for higher level tames with a high max health.  I mean hell, the bleed from a tiger is %-based... fire arrows are %-based... why isn't healing?

Speaking of healing... why do medkits spoil if they can be repaired?  Do one or the other... not both... the hoarder in me hates spoil timers in general, especially when its healing items... either that or let us stack them and put them in larders to prolong the spoil timer at MINIMUM...
