How to change owner of company? What happens if owner leaves?

I didn't see option to change owner of a company. What happens if an owner leaves a company?

 

Is there any way to change ownership of a company and keep the current assets?

It's a copy and pasted system from Ark.

I didn't play Ark so that doesn't help i'm afraid. Can you explain more?

Afaik the owner/admin has to willingly promote someone else. If they just leave, nothing you can do.

No I mean I am the owner but I don't see an option to promote someone else to owner.

Maybe only to admin level.
