Some problems Hosting a 3x3

In need for some help

I am a community manager that has hosted a few servers for example Ark. 

Now i wanna host Atlas so we tested a 1x1

Everything was fine except for the minimap and treasure maps not showing up.

Now i went ahead to a 3x3 thinking i will fix this with the solutions on this forum. I litterly tried everyone of them but minimap and treasure maps just will not show!

Also I cannot seem to be able to get my spawn points to work (wich were working perfectly on the 1x1)

The spawn points are on 0,1 0,2 and 0,3 and one ok 3,2 but that map is not up yet.

I picked the freeport island (ending with an e)

End gave them a spawn override wich matches north, east, south and west

but it doesnt let me spawn there. Instead it auto spawn on a PVE Island. 

 

Any help is highly appreciated!

if i am right every spawn point need to be a home server
