Dedicated Server Crash

We had a weird thing happen with my server where when we transitioned cells from the freeport (A3) to the adjacent zone (B3) it spawned us in the middle of the ocean near a duplicate of all the stuff we'd been building recently.  So like a floating staircase latched to nothing, a shipyard with 2/3rds of a schooner built in it.  We managed to suicide and teleport back to the boat via the bed, and didn't think too much of it.

However this morning, after taking the server down and putting it back up, now it won't start and has a fatal crash, and I'm not sure if there's anything I can do to resolve it.

I've attached the server start and crash log, the redis server doesn't have anything so not including it.

 

Anyone seen this?  Know how to fix it?
