Proper way to transfer flag without losing territory to others

Imagine, I want to give a friend a claim, if I demolish we take the risk of loosing terf  to others ...

even with ally he can’t put flag ... is there a better way ?

Nope. I am almost sure that your flags are overlapping with someone and if you remove your flag then simply there wont be enough space for his flag due to enemy flag bubbles.

The solution to this is about the only thing the new neutral flag system is good for.

If there is someone who you want to give land, they are actually your friend (i.e. you trust them) then you can designate one of your flags neutral and allow him to build on it. It's still your flag, so you don't risk loosing the territory.
